Car shampoo premium gel

This car shampoo is perfectly ph balanced and is made from biodegradable chemicals. The car shampoo provides copious foam and does not damage the paint and gives good gloss after the wash.

Formulation:

1. De ionized water 2.000 kg
2. Classisurf CWP 1.000 kg
3. colour 1 pinch
4. fragrance 0.004 gm
5. salt 0.030 gm

Procedure:

1. Take the de ionized water in a plastic barrel or bucket and to it add classisurf CWP and gently mix till all mixes well.

2. Now add the colour and then the fragrance, now mix well till all dissolves.

3. Now add the salt in small steps and mix till all mixes.

4. Your car shampoo premium gel is ready in minutes and it is perfectly ph balanced.

5. To make a more economical shampoo just add 1kg extra de ionized water.

Economy​

Classic Hygiene pearl S   Classic Hygiene pearl S is a premium blend of Mild anionic & Non ionic surfactants, conditioners with a pearly finish, which imparts a soft after wash feel. The blend is perfectly ph balanced for non irritation to skin.


Method of production

   1. RO water or Demineralized water        3.000 kg
   2. Classic Hygiene pearl S                     1.000 kg
   3. Colour ( Food grade)                           1/2 pinch
   4. Fragrance ( Fine)                                12 ml
   5. Salt                                                   40 - 50 gram 

In a plastic bucket measure out the water and to it add Classic Hygiene pearl S and mix well till all dissolves well.
now add colour and fragrance and mix well. Lastly add salt in small quantities and mix well, add the next batch only after the first batch of salt has dissolved well,  
 Caution: Too much salt addition will break the gel consistency, add only the specified quantity.

Dish wash concentrated gel

 Dish wash Gel 

Classic Dish care UC:  is a special blend of Anionic and non ionic surfactants to make premium quality Dish wash gel like Vim and pril. This product makes a clear transparent gel with excellent foaming,grease lift and balanced ph for skin protection.

Method of production:
   1.  RO water or Demineralized water        2.000 kg
   2.  Classic Dish care UC                        1.000 kg
   3.  Colour                                                1 pinch
   4.  Fragrance                                             5 ml
   5.  Sodium chloride ( salt)                         30 gram
 In a plastic bucket measure out the water and mix the classic Dish care UC with a plastic pvc pipe. After all the mass dissolves add the colour and fragrance and mix well. Lastly add the salt in batches of 10 gram. mix well and add the next batch only after the first batch mixes. Your high quality Dish wash gel concentrate is ready in minutes.

If you want to make this product more economical increase the water quantity to 3 kg and salt to 50 gram.

Fragrances to use  pineapple, green apple, lime, orange lime,
  
Caution:  when using lime or orange lime kindly check the compatibility of the perfume as some brands tend to cloud, use  fragrances which give clear product.

Ultra concentrates for dish wash, hand wash

What is ultra concentrate?

Ultra concentrates are high quality carefully selected blended surfactants to make concentrates for dish wash, car shampoo, hand wash and multipurpose cleaners in the most simple way without involving any machinery for the manufacturer.

Advantages of using ultra concentrates

1. simplifies the process and anybody even without any chemical knowledge can manufacture high quality concentrated dish wash, car shampoos, hand wash like what is available in the market.

2. Reduces the inventory for the manufacturer as multi stocking of chemicals can be avoided.

3. The process of manufacture just involves the mixing of the ultra concentrate into de ionized water, followed by addition of colour and fragrance and salt, to make the concentrated gel.

Toilet bowl cleaner gel

Toilet bowl cleaner 

Classicol ATX : Classicol ATX is a proprietary blend of fatty amine,fatty alcohol Ethoxylates & cationics This surfactant blend gives thickening effect to hydrochloric acid, It also provides excellent cleaning This surfactant thickens the acid system giving a longer cling time to the bowl and at the same time slips down the bowl evenly to remove inorganic stains and lime scales effectively and efficiently.
                             
Method of use:

Premium grade:
Demineralized water or RO water    640 grams  
Classicol ATX                                66 - 70 grams                               
​Hydrochloric acid ( 32- 33%)           300 grams
Methyl salicylate ( optional)             2 drops

Method of production:

Measure out the water into a plastic drum and to it add Classicol ATX and mix well. Lastly add the hydrochloric acid and mix well for 5 - 10 minutes. Allow the whole gel to settle for at least 12 hrs, then add the Methyl salicylate and pack into hdpe containers.


Caution:  Handle Hydrochloric acid carefully, use hand gloves, and face mask, goggles..



White phenyle high dilution 1:40

Formulation:

1. Classimulse pc (N) 1.000 kg
2. Pine oil (25-28%grade) 4.000 litres
3. Fragrance 100 ml (Maximum)

Procedure:

In a plastic bucket take the pine oil and mix to it the classimulse pc (N) and mix all till you get a clear solution.
Now you can add the fragrance to it and mix again till you get a clear solution.

Your high quality white phenyle concentrate is ready.

Suggested fragrances: lavender, Rose, Phulwari, Mogra, Sandal, Lime.

For herbal flavor: Eucalyptus, citidora, citronella, lemongrass.

Dilution procedure:

In a plastic barrel measure out 39 litres of clean soft water and keep aside. NOw in a seperate plastic cup take 1 litre of the concentrate made above and to it add only 25 ml of water first and mix well and repeat this procedure of adding 25 ml of water till all the clear solution becomes a thin milky white paste.

Now pour this milky white paste into a empty plastic barrel and add water in steps of 5 litres and mix with each addition. continue this process till all the 39 litres water is added. Now your high quality white phenyle is ready.

Allow the white phenyle to sit in the barrel closed for 12 hrs before packing it into plastic bottles.

Ecofriendly toilet bowl cleaner (perfumed)

1. D.I water          0.900 gms
2. colour                    1 gm
3. Citric acid         0.070 gms
4. Classicol AT      0.025 gms
5. Quats               0.005 gms
6. Perfume           0.002 gms
7. Salt                  0.025 gms

Procedure

Take the de ionized water in a plastic barrel or stainless steel vessel. Add the colour of your choice use good quality food colour or purchase the acicol range colours from us. Now break up any lumps in the citric acid make it into fine powder and mix about 25 gms into the coloured water. Then add the Classicol AT and mix well add the remaining citric acid and mix thoroughly. Then add the Quats followed by perfume mix well, Lastly add the salt in steps of 10 gms and mix well u will get a good gel kind of viscosity.  This product should be packed into non transparent bottles as it contains disinfectant.
Note.
When u have added all of the citric acid into the coloured water it is advisable to filter the acid solution with the help of a clean cotton cloth as when the solution becomes thick it cannot be filtered.

Use good perfumes like orange, lavendar, jasmine, rose or ur herbal blends of eucalyptus, citidora and pine oil.

This product is ecofriendly because of the use of citric acid which is a food product and does not cause any harm to us and the ceramics we use on and also degrades quickly without affecting the soil. One more advantage is it does not fume or produce any bad odour as when using hydrochloric acid which is carcinogenic (i.e. cancer causing). This product is thick and has a viscoelastic property which helps the liquid to cling onto the walls of the toilet bowl for better contact time and cleaning. It easily dissolves the lime and urinal scales formed. This product retains the perfume added and does not change. (hydrochloric acid product the perfume will change over time). This product can be used to clean all types of ceramic tiles, wash basins, bathroom floors and toilet bowls.
use instructions

Use concentrated for cleaning toilet bowls, wall tiles, wash basins, for bathroom floor cleaning dilute with water 100 ml to 5lts water general cleaning. for tough water stains use concentrated.

The product mfr cost will be approx around Rs 22 - 25 per kg.

Floor cleaner

1. De ionized water           800 gms
2. Sequestrant H                  5 gms
3. sodium hydroxide           25 gms
4. classisol   DFC                80 gms
5. Quat 50                          90 gms
6. colour (F&DC)                    1gm
7. Perfume                            5 gms

Procedure:
Take the de ionized water in a stainless steel vessel or use a plastic barrel. Add the sequestrant H and mix well with a plastic pvc pipe should be clean , now add the sodium hydroxide and mix well for about 5 minutes then add the classisol DFC mix, follow it with Quat 50 and mix lastly add the colour and perfume. Filter with fine cloth or filter cloth and pack the material.

Note:
Since this product contains Quat the material should not be packed in transparent see through bottles as sunlight can reduce the efficiency of the disinfectant.

The product is a concentrate and the consumer can dilute the product 25ml for half bucket water and mop no need to rinse the floor again. It has 2 in 1 action can clean dirt, oil, grease and also kills germs upto 99% and is ten times more effective than normal phenyle.
The product is neutral and can be used for all types of floors like marble, granite, mosaics, tiles etc.

Multi purpose cleaner concentrate

Our new product multipurpose cleaner concentrate is a very versatile and economical product for various uses like dish wash, floor wash, car wash, bubbles, hand wash, general cleaning purposes. The concentrate is perfectly balanced for the skin and has speciality chemicals which make the product very effective and efficient. The product is diluted 1: 4 with de ionized water to make the cleaner.

Procedure:

1. De ionized water   4.000 kgs
2. Formalin                     4 gms
3. classisurf MPC        1.000 kg
4. perfume                     2gms
5. Dye (F&DC)                 Qs
6. common salt             60 gms

Add in the following order as mentioned mix well before adding the next. The common salt is added to thicken the product and should be added slowly otherwise the thickening will not happen. add in small quantity at a time and mix well before adding the next quantity.

The product has excellent transparency with a very light honey colour and can take any colour of choice. The thickness is also excellent. The cleaning perfomance is very good . Have been giving this product regularly on bulk basis to hotels, canteens, lodges etc.
All have appreciated the product and is moving regularly.

Note: This product is not soap oil has speciality chemicals which help in removing oil and grease, dirt and grime and Ph balanced for safe use.

The cost of the classisurf MPC is 85/- per kg  50 kgs pkg.
Your cost of manufacture of the final product will be only around 22/- per kg.

Liquid detergent for clothes (Fabric wash)

1. De ionized water          530 gms
2. Formalin (preservative)     1gm
3. Sequestrant H                  3gms
4. Sodium hydroxide    16 - 18 gms
5. Acid slurry                    100 gms
6. Sodium carbonate           10 gms
7. Classisurf CLW            350 gms
8. Perfume                            3gms


Procedure:
In a stainless steel vessel of plastic container measure the water and add the ingredients in order ensuring to mix properly before the addition of the next. Allow the product to stand overnight and then pack into suitable containers.

Classisurf CLW is a blend of anionic / non ionic surfactants with opti bright technology to give good wetting, cleaning, anti redoposition and extra brightness for whites.

Usage:
use 30 ml for one bucket wash  i.e. 7 -8 clothes
can be used for top loading washing machines use 40 ml for one load.

This product manufacture cost is approx 50/- per kg.
very good product contains no phospates and is environment friendly.

The cost of classisurf CLW is approx 85 /- per kg in 50 kgs pkg. for smaller pkg the pkg charge will be extra.

Glass cleaner conc   1 ltr

F & DC colour        qs
Fragnance               5ml

Procedure;

Just mix the conc with water, add the colour and fragnance and mix well and filter with fine cloth and pack.

Room freshner (Alcohol free)

Classimulse PS  50 - 60 gms
perfume                    5 gms
D.I. water      500 - 950 gms

Procedure
Mix the perfume with the classimulse PS and then add the required quantity of water. If the solution is slightly hazy or clear the room freshner is ready if milky then add more classimulse PS and mix till clear. add colour of your choice food colour, add in the last 2 - 3 drops of dfoamer to prevent excess foam. Now pack into spray bottles and ready for use.

Just spray and experience the freshness. for ac rooms the fragnance can last as long as 30 mins for one spray. use good fine fragnances.

Hand wash pearl type

Follow the same procedure as the hand wash transparent.
Add classisurf sparkle paste 50gms into the D.I water and mix well then follow the same procedure.

Note: This product should never be packaged in clear or transparent containers. Always use a semitransparent container or HDPE containers.

To get antibacterial effect you can add ticlosan (1gm for 2.5 kgs of hand wash).
For a more natural antibacterial add tea tree oil 1gm

Importance of water in liquid formulations

Water is the major constituent in most of the liquid formulations. Many formulators tend to forget this aspect and feel what harm can water do to the formulation. This is where the formulator is wrong. Water as such consists of various minerals depending upon the source. Many of these minerals tend to destabilize the liquid formulations. Minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, other minerals in smaller quantities also tend to reduce the foaming action, we generally tend to add more surfactant to enhance the foaming in hard water, but actually if your water quality is good the surfactant levels can be reduced and there is a direct savings in the formulations. My suggestion is anyone seeking to manufacture liquid formulations must invest in a good reverse osmosis system and use only ro water to formulate the liquids. This gives a better product clarity, stable product, better viscosity and hence gives big savings and perfect formulation. Reverse osmosis machines have become more economical and hence is a must for any formulator.

Formulation for transparent gel bathing bar

1. De ionized water     200gms
2. classicsurfablend     600gms
3. Mixed (SFA)            200gms
4. common salt             10gms
5. liquicol colour           5drops
6. perfume                    5ml


Procedure:

In an stainless steel vessel take water, surfablend and heat it to 65 degree centigrade, now slowly add the SFA and stir slowly and stir occassionally till all the SFA melts this will take about 25 minutes, next add the salt and allow the whole mass to mix properly and see to it that all the SFA is dissolved, now add the colour and lastly turn off the heat and then add the perfume and mix well and pour into moulds and allow to cool. After 2- 3hrs you can remove the soap from the mould and use it.

The soap will be very gentle and perfectly ph balanced.

People who want to add their own essential oils or aroma therapy oils can add it before adding the perfume.

Not all oils will suit the soap there may be loss in transparency so kindly check the oils;

The amt of oil added must not exceed 10 ml in total.

U can use any plastic mould any shape u like to fill the soap.

Almond oil and honey is a good combination
neem and aloe (moisturising and antibacterial)
neem and turmeric
cucumber and aloe
tea tree oil (antibacterial soap)
when adding liquid extracts reduce the water content accordingly.

Formulation for liquid stiffener for fabrics (like revive, ujala stiff & shine)

1. De ionized water         250gms
2. sequester ETD            1gm
3. Vinyl blend                   1kg
4. perfume                      5gms
5. preservative                2gms

Mixing procedure

Mix the preservative and the sequester ETD in the water, now add this water to the pva blend slowly and mix thoroughly ensure the paste is smooth homogenous and free from lumps. lastly add the perfume and mix for another 5 minutes.

Pack the product into hdpe containers.

usage instructions

20 ml to 1ltr clean water, dip 5 - 6 clothes in the solution and allow to soak for 5 min then wring the clothes and allow to dry for a stiff and bright finish
40 ml to 1 ltr for extra stiffness.

can even be used for washing m/c should be added just before rinse cycle.

Checking the PH value

The PH value of the cleaner is of utmost importance. Every mfr has to understand what PH is and how to check the PH value. You can get yourself a PH strip from the laboratory chemical supplier store.

The PH strip consists of a range of values from 2 to 12.5 with different colour patches. each colour patch represents the corresponding PH value.
So when u dip the PH strip in the liquid u would be able to know the PH value of the liquid.
The range from 2 to 6 is acidic in nature (with 2 most acidic and 6 slightly acidic)
The value 7 is considered neutral and balanced (i.e. does not harm the human skin)
The range from 8 to 12.5 is considered alkaline (with 8 being slightly alkaline and 12.5 very alkaline)

We will be coming across the PH in our everyday products which we use. The PH value of the products mfrd should be correct to get the correct efficancy of the product.

Formulation for Toilet bowl cleaner

1. De ionized water 800 gms
2. classicol AT          28 gms
3. HCL (acid)         200 gms
4. Quats                   10 gms
5. acicol blue(liq)        5 gms

Procedure:

To the de ionized water add the colour,  5o gms of acid and mix, next add the classicol AT and blend well add the remaining acid and lastly add the quats.

Allow the product to sit for 24 hrs before pkg.

This formulation can be compared to any commercial product available in the market like harpic, mr muscle, sanifresh etc.
