Dish wash concentrated gel

 Dish wash Gel 

Classic Dish care UC:  is a special blend of Anionic and non ionic surfactants to make premium quality Dish wash gel like Vim and pril. This product makes a clear transparent gel with excellent foaming,grease lift and balanced ph for skin protection.

Method of production:
   1.  RO water or Demineralized water        2.000 kg
   2.  Classic Dish care UC                        1.000 kg
   3.  Colour                                                1 pinch
   4.  Fragrance                                             5 ml
   5.  Sodium chloride ( salt)                         30 gram
 In a plastic bucket measure out the water and mix the classic Dish care UC with a plastic pvc pipe. After all the mass dissolves add the colour and fragrance and mix well. Lastly add the salt in batches of 10 gram. mix well and add the next batch only after the first batch mixes. Your high quality Dish wash gel concentrate is ready in minutes.

If you want to make this product more economical increase the water quantity to 3 kg and salt to 50 gram.

Fragrances to use  pineapple, green apple, lime, orange lime,
  
Caution:  when using lime or orange lime kindly check the compatibility of the perfume as some brands tend to cloud, use  fragrances which give clear product.

Ultra concentrates for dish wash, hand wash

What is ultra concentrate?

Ultra concentrates are high quality carefully selected blended surfactants to make concentrates for dish wash, car shampoo, hand wash and multipurpose cleaners in the most simple way without involving any machinery for the manufacturer.

Advantages of using ultra concentrates

1. simplifies the process and anybody even without any chemical knowledge can manufacture high quality concentrated dish wash, car shampoos, hand wash like what is available in the market.

2. Reduces the inventory for the manufacturer as multi stocking of chemicals can be avoided.

3. The process of manufacture just involves the mixing of the ultra concentrate into de ionized water, followed by addition of colour and fragrance and salt, to make the concentrated gel.

4. Time saving, no messing and perfectly ph balanced, gives high quality products on par with multinational brands like pril, vim, palmolive, lifebuoy etc.

5. Reasonably priced, so very economical to use, gives big savings and maximum profit and all this without involving any machinery or expensive equipments.

Toilet bowl cleaner gel

Toilet bowl cleaner 

Classicol ATX : Classicol ATX is a proprietary blend of fatty amine,fatty alcohol Ethoxylates & cationics This surfactant blend gives thickening effect to hydrochloric acid, It also provides excellent cleaning This surfactant thickens the acid system giving a longer cling time to the bowl and at the same time slips down the bowl evenly to remove inorganic stains and lime scales effectively and efficiently.
                             
Method of use:

Premium grade:
Demineralized water or RO water    640 grams  
Classicol ATX                                66 - 70 grams                               
​Hydrochloric acid ( 32- 33%)           300 grams
Methyl salicylate ( optional)             2 drops

Method of production:

Measure out the water into a plastic drum and to it add Classicol ATX and mix well. Lastly add the hydrochloric acid and mix well for 5 - 10 minutes. Allow the whole gel to settle for at least 12 hrs, then add the Methyl salicylate and pack into hdpe containers.


Caution:  Handle Hydrochloric acid carefully, use hand gloves, and face mask, goggles..



White phenyle high dilution 1:40

Formulation:

1. Classimulse pc (N) 1.000 kg
2. Pine oil (25-28%grade) 4.000 litres
3. Fragrance 100 ml (Maximum)

Procedure:

In a plastic bucket take the pine oil and mix to it the classimulse pc (N) and mix all till you get a clear solution.
Now you can add the fragrance to it and mix again till you get a clear solution.

Your high quality white phenyle concentrate is ready.

Suggested fragrances: lavender, Rose, Phulwari, Mogra, Sandal, Lime.

For herbal flavor: Eucalyptus, citidora, citronella, lemongrass.

Dilution procedure:

In a plastic barrel measure out 39 litres of clean soft water and keep aside. NOw in a seperate plastic cup take 1 litre of the concentrate made above and to it add only 25 ml of water first and mix well and repeat this procedure of adding 25 ml of water till all the clear solution becomes a thin milky white paste.

Now pour this milky white paste into a empty plastic barrel and add water in steps of 5 litres and mix with each addition. continue this process till all the 39 litres water is added. Now your high quality white phenyle is ready.

Allow the white phenyle to sit in the barrel closed for 12 hrs before packing it into plastic bottles.

Ecofriendly toilet bowl cleaner (perfumed)

1. D.I water          0.900 gms
2. colour                    1 gm
3. Citric acid         0.070 gms
4. Classicol AT      0.025 gms
5. Quats               0.005 gms
6. Perfume           0.002 gms
7. Salt                  0.025 gms

Procedure

Take the de ionized water in a plastic barrel or stainless steel vessel. Add the colour of your choice use good quality food colour or purchase the acicol range colours from us. Now break up any lumps in the citric acid make it into fine powder and mix about 25 gms into the coloured water. Then add the Classicol AT and mix well add the remaining citric acid and mix thoroughly. Then add the Quats followed by perfume mix well, Lastly add the salt in steps of 10 gms and mix well u will get a good gel kind of viscosity.  This product should be packed into non transparent bottles as it contains disinfectant.
Note.
When u have added all of the citric acid into the coloured water it is advisable to filter the acid solution with the help of a clean cotton cloth as when the solution becomes thick it cannot be filtered.

Use good perfumes like orange, lavendar, jasmine, rose or ur herbal blends of eucalyptus, citidora and pine oil.

This product is ecofriendly because of the use of citric acid which is a food product and does not cause any harm to us and the ceramics we use on and also degrades quickly without affecting the soil. One more advantage is it does not fume or produce any bad odour as when using hydrochloric acid which is carcinogenic (i.e. cancer causing). This product is thick and has a viscoelastic property which helps the liquid to cling onto the walls of the toilet bowl for better contact time and cleaning. It easily dissolves the lime and urinal scales formed. This product retains the perfume added and does not change. (hydrochloric acid product the perfume will change over time). This product can be used to clean all types of ceramic tiles, wash basins, bathroom floors and toilet bowls.
use instructions

Use concentrated for cleaning toilet bowls, wall tiles, wash basins, for bathroom floor cleaning dilute with water 100 ml to 5lts water general cleaning. for tough water stains use concentrated.

The product mfr cost will be approx around Rs 22 - 25 per kg.
